摘    要:针对生长型制造提出了一种新的扫描路径──分形扫描路径.通过算例,对比分析了一种分形扫描路径与常用的直线扫描路径烧结单层铁粉形成的温度场.以烧结零件物理性能好坏为评判标准,表明分形路径较优.温度场理论分析结果可为确定激光扫描参数提供直接依据.

Abstract:The influence of the scanning path on the temperature field of the layser in materialincrease manufacturing is researched. The physical behavior of parts is changed with its temperaturefield. A new kind of scanning path, fractal scanning path, is proposed. Through two examples ofsintering one layer icon powder provided, the temperature distribution under the line scanning path andthe fractal scanning path has been analyzed. The results indicate that the temperature of the nodeswith the fractal path higher than that of using the line path, and it is easy to sinter through the fractalpath. By fractal path, the temperature field changes smoothly, it can decrease the strain stress andimprove the strength of the part after it is cooled down. Further more, the theoretical calculationresults of the temperature can be used to select the laser scanning parameters.
