风景名胜区旅游经济的孤岛效应分析

由于缺乏对风景名胜区周边居民利益协调的相应机制与政策,形成风景名胜区旅游经济发展的"孤岛效应",影响风景名胜区环境资源保护与区域可持续发展,是目前我国风景名胜区面临的重大问题.文章提出了旅游经济发展的孤岛效应的概念,并从二元化管理体制、一元化发展模式、空间区位边缘化、社区参与的障碍等4个角度分析其成因,提出了理顺管理体制、加大输血力度、完善造血功能的对策,以期发展和谐旅游,促进我国风景名胜区旅游的可持续发展.

An Analysis of Isolated Island Impact of Tourist Economy on Scenic Spots

Chinese scenic spots are the main supports of Chinese tourism.At present,for lacking the corresponding mechanism and policies relating to coordinative peripheral residents' benefits of the scenic spots,which leads to appear the isolated island impact of tourist economy of scenic spots,influences the environmental protection of scenic spots and regional sustainable development,and this is the crucial problem that Chinese scenic spots face now.This paper puts forward the concept of isolated island impact of tourism economic development, and from the dualistic management system,centralized development model,peripheral of spatial location,obstacles of community participation to analyze the causes of the isolated island impact of tourist economy of scenic spots.Finally,the paper gives some countermeasures to abatement the isolated island impact of tourist economy of scenic spots,which will benefit for tourism sustainable development of Chinese scenic spots in the future.
