摘    要:青年教师逐步成为高校的主力军,其教学水平直接影响高校的教学质量.高校新进青年教师提高教学水平,不仅需要协调好教学与科研的关系、自己与同事以及学生的关系,而且需要提升自身素养、充分准备教学并完善教学手段.

Abstract:Young teachers are becoming the backbones of college and university. The teaching level of young teach- ers will affect the teaching quality in college and university directly. To improve teaching level, it is necessary for young teachers to coordinate the relationships between teaching and research, themselves and colleagues, them- selves and college students. In addition, young teachers shall enhance their cultivation, prepare the lessons well, and perfect teaching means.
