| Abstract: | Young teachers are becoming the backbones of college and university. The teaching level of young teach- ers will affect the teaching quality in college and university directly. To improve teaching level, it is necessary for young teachers to coordinate the relationships between teaching and research, themselves and colleagues, them- selves and college students. In addition, young teachers shall enhance their cultivation, prepare the lessons well, and perfect teaching means. |
