河南高校竞技体育教练员自我发展意识影响因素的调查研究

为了解河南省高校竞技体育教练员自我发展意识的情况,为河南高校竞技体育的发展提供科学依据,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和逻辑分析法对河南省5所高校的特色项目教练员进行调查分析,结果显示有70.5%的教练员出现了职业倦怠现象;教练员在自我发展的活动上投入的时间和精力少了很多,甚至是没有.给出如下建议:教练员要正确认识职业倦怠,坚持正确的信念和职业理想,做到经常自我反省,以形成一种正确的意识观念指导自己的行为,最后要增强自我解放的意识,以一种豁达的心胸、富于智慧的工作和更具价值的愿望,达到内心的敞亮与自由,不断解放自我、超越自我.

Investigation of Factors Influencing the Self-development of Athletic Sport Coach of Universities in Henan

In order to understand the situation of self-development of athletics sports coach of universities in Henan Province, and provide scientific basis for the development of competitive sports in Henan universities, by methods of document research, questionnaire survey and logic analysis, the special items coach in five questionnaire univer- sities of Henan Province are investigated . The results show that 70.5% of the coaches appear occupation burnout ; coaches invest less time and energy on the activities of the self-development, even no. The following suggestions are given ： coaches should have a correct understanding of occupation burnout, adhere to the correct belief and ideal oc- cupation, be regular self-reflection in order to form a correct awareness to guide behavior, and finally enhance the self liberation consciousness, with a kind of open-minded mind, intelligence work and more of the value of the de- sire, to achieve clear and free inner self, surpassing and emancipating the self constantly.
