完美主义与人际关系的关系研究

目的:探讨完美主义与人际关系敏感之间的关系.方法:采用FROST完美主义量表和人际关系敏感问卷对390名高中生进行了问卷调查.结果:高中生存在中等程度的完美主义,高中生完美主义在整洁条理化维度上得分最高,在父母批评维度上得分最低;完美主义总分及部分维度上的得分呈现性别差异、来源地差异、年级差异和年龄的差异;父母批评、关注错误能正向预测人际关系敏感.结论:完美主义对人际关系敏感有重要的影响.

Research on Relationship of Perfectionism and Interpersonal Relationship

Purpose： discuss the relation between perfectionism and sensitivity of interpersonal relationship. Meth- od： survey of FROST perfectionism scale and the interperesonal relationship sensitivity questionnaire to 390 high school students. Result： moderate perfectionism exists in senior high school students. Their perfectionism has the highest score in the dimension of neat methodization, while lowest score in parental criticism ; the total score of per- fectionism and of some specific dimensions vary with gender, origin, grade and age ; paternal criticism and concern over mistakes can positively predict interpersonal sensitivity. Conclusion： perfectionism shows great influence on the sensitivity of interpersonal relations.
