项目群视角下大中型工程合同项目工期奖励模型

摘    要:项目群进度目标控制是项目群管理的主要任务之一, 它是影响项目群能否如期发挥功能和经济效 益的关键因素, 项目群进度目标取决于合同项目进度目标. 从项目群视角, 通过分析合同项目工 期奖励机理, 利用关键路径法(critical path method, CPM)对合同项目工期进行研究, 重点探讨了合同项目 工期对项目群工期所产生的影响, 包括对合同项目自身、项目群关键节点以及项目群等三个方面的影响, 据此构建了项目群视角下 合同项目工期的奖励模型, 并分析了该奖励模型的特点. 结合南水北调东线工程宝应站项目群, 对合同项目工期奖励模型进行了实证分析. 研究成果克服了单项目视角下现行合同项目工期奖励 办法的不足, 从而为科学、合理地制定合同项目工期奖励办法提供理论依据.

Abstract:Progress goal control of program is one of the main tasks of program management,which is the key factor for program to play economic benefit and functional benefits,while progress goal of program is determined by progress goal of contract works.On the basis of analyzing construction period reward on contract works,from a viewpoint of program,critical path method(CPM) was used to study construction period of contract management.The impact of contract works construction period to program construction period was focused studied,which include the impact on itself,the critical node and the program. Furthermore,program based construction period reward model of contract works was constructed,and the characteristic of the model was analyzed.With the combination of Baoyinzhan program in East Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,empirical analysis of this reward model was made.This research result could overcome the shortcomings of construction period reward model of contract works from a viewpoint of single works,and provide theoretical basis on how to make rules on construction period reward of contract works scientifically and reasonably.
