摘    要:为提高中风以及其他神经损伤患者手部及上肢的运动及控制功能,设计了一套经济实用的虚拟康复系统。该系统由个人PC机、虚拟环境和普通摄像头组成,能够满足普通患者在家中进行康复训练的需要,它利用3dsMax软件创建3D康复仪器及环境,利用VC++开发平台和OSG实现模型的运动控制及场景漫游,并通过摄像头捕获手部动作实现人手与虚拟环境进行自然交互。患者通过操作沙磨板上的虚拟附件训练上肢协调以及关节活动能力。实验结果表明:该系统具有良好的稳定性和可操作性,通过对虚拟仪器的移动、推、抓等动作,患者可以达到手部功能康复的目的。

Abstract:In order to improve the arms and fingers motor function for the patients after stroke or other neurological impairments,a low cost virtual rehabilitation system was designed.The system consists of a personal computer and a webcam,which would meet the demands of the ordinary patients and improve their upper motor in the home.The system created virtual 3D environments and rehabilitation equipments with 3dsMax,and realized motion control and scene roaming with OSG,then it realized the interaction between the virtual equipments and hand by analyzing the action based on computer vision.The different exercises based on sand grinding plate helped patients recover the action of arm movement and increased the flexibility of the patient’s fingers.Experimental results demonstrate that the system has good stable and manageable.It can achieve the goal of arms and hands rehabilitation by the acts such as moving,pushing,or seizing.
