体内微机电多维无线能量传输系统的仿真分析

摘    要:介绍了无线能量传输系统的工作原理及其在实际应用上的不足,建立了多维松耦合能量传送器仿真模型,分析了接收线圈位置和姿态夹角对系统耦合系数的影响。仿真结果表明:三维接收线圈在不同姿态下均可以得到较好的互补效果,防止传输效率过低。还根据微机电系统对电压的要求,建立了整流、稳压电路模型,电路分析结果表明:该电路输出功率约180mV,电压平稳,完全可满足微机电系统对电源的要求。

Abstract:The principle of wireless power transmission and the objections in practical application were introduced.Then a finite element model of the wireless power transformer was established.Based on this model,the influences of windings position and attitude angles on coupling coefficient were analyzed.The simulative results indicate that three-dimensional receiving coil can receive energy from different orientations and these three windings can complement each other efficiently in power transmission.Afterward,according to MEMS request for voltage,rectifying and stabilizing circuit was designed and fabricated.The results of this circuit indicate that the output is stable enough for the request of MEMS.
