标枪技术课教法改革实验研究

在标枪技术课教学过程中，从整体性出发，以助跑投枪为主，创编投掷标枪技术课的教学方法．以本校体育系９４级本科３３名男学生为对象进行实验研究．结果表明，采用新教法可使标枪技术课教学周期缩短一半，有助于技术动作的掌握和质量的提高．实验组整体成绩明显优于对照组，说明新教法是行之有效的

Reform in education for javelin throw

Some methods for javelin throw have been suggested for the teaching process . The methods have been used in 33 male students of two undergraduate classes in the Department of Physical Education. The result showes that the new methods is time sewing and effective. Compared with the contrast group, the score in the test group is good obviously.
