| 摘 要： | 从可撤销合同的行使方式结合合同法意思自治原则对《合同法》第54条关于合同撤销权须经法院确认方可形成的规定进行分析研究，并通过分析、借鉴世界各国关于可撤销、可变更合同制度相关立法规定，提出完善我国《合同法》关于可变更、可撤销合同制度的立法意见。
