The Study of Loading Spectrum of Model Test for Hydraulic Excavator

According to the requirement of model test in room, working oil pressure in cylinders of bucket, stick and boom of WY252-CY hydraulic excavator was measured during digging process, and the working attachment positiontime process curve was gained. Based on the relation between working position and oil pressure variation, the excavating resistance-time diagram of bucket-teeth was plotted, and then the stress-time process curve of any cross-section was calculated. This stress-time process curve was the basis to determine the loading-time process and loading spectrum for model test. For the purpose of checking the correctness and reliability of the calculated stress-time process curve, the actual stress-time was measured. A comparison was made between calculated and measured values, and the result was quite statisfactory.
