等离子束加热热处理工艺的研究

摘    要:本文通过大量的试验证明了把等离子体技术用在热处理领域具有很大的优越性。通过试验获得了等离子热处理的最佳工艺参数并通过与常规热处理试验对比得出27SiMn钢用等离子热处理比常规热处理σ_(?)高10%,冲击韧性高50%,硬度高7~8%。并简要分析了原因。

Abstract:This paper proved that the plasma technique is to be used in the fields of heat treatment has great advantages. The optimal parameters are obtained through the tests. This paper also has shown that the yielding strength of the 27 SiMn steels, which treated with plasma technique is about 10% and impact toughness in about 50% and hardness is about 7-8% highter than that of the steels treated with conventional heat-treatment method. The reasones are also analyzed in this paper
