| 摘 要： | 介绍香料生产过程控制系统的实现：固体原料、液体原料的自动计量方法，着重讨论了温度的ＰＩＤ自校正控制。介绍了用ＡＴ８９Ｃ５２单片机为核心的硬件电路。在单片机接口 ８２５５的输出位，用软件方法实现ＰＷＭ输出，控制过零触发电路过零触发双向可控硅，从而控制双向可控硅单位时间内输出完整的正弦波个数的方法来调节温度。以上方法的使用获得了满意的控制效果。 |

| Abstract: | This paper introduce realize the flavor production course control: automatism computation means of the solid material and/or liquid material, with the emphasize on discussing PID control for pressure, and PID oneself emendation control for temperature. Hardware core circuit using AT 89C52 SCM is introduced. At SCM interface 8255 export whole sine wave for accommodate tempera- ture. Control effect are satisfactory using upwards means. |
