基于联盟共享核心能力的高新技术企业技术创新方式

从系统角度和总体最优化出发，目前我国高新技术企业应组建战略联盟形成一个系统来进行合作技术创新。因此，针对我国高新技术企业现行技术创新方式所存在的弊端，本文提出了一种新的合作创新方式：联盟共享核心能力的技术创新方式，从理论和实践两方面论证了此创新方式的可行性，并探讨其系统模型及应注意的问题，以期能够为我国高新技术企业的技术创新提供一种新方式。

Technological Innovation Method Based on the Strategic Alliance Sharing Core Competence

New high-tech enterprises of our country should build up strategic alliance to form a system so as to cooperate in technology innovation from the view point of system and optimization of the entirety.So,in allusion to defection existing in the current technological innovation methods of new high-tech enterprises of our country,this paper proposes a new technological innovation method: setting up a strategic alliance and sharing core competence to carry on the technological innovation.Then the article demonstrates the feasibility of the new method from theory and practice,and discusses the system model of it and the point which should be pay attention to,expecting to provide a new technological innovation method for new high-tech enterprises of our country.
