| 摘 要： | 面向用户的调度算法是根据用户给定的Deadline和Budget，通过计算任务的平均成本，将资源分为两类，第一类资源使用改进的并行遗传算法（IMGA）处理，而第二类资源使用逆向分层调度算法（DBL）处理．
