| 摘 要： | 全成分析了选择性激光光烧结（SLS）过程中，引起SLS成型件误差（机器误差，加工工艺误差和模型误差）和各种原因和影响成型精度的各种因素，据此提出了从平面精度和高度方向精度两方面提高SLS成型件精度的具体措施。

| Abstract: | In this paper the authors analyze the features of causing the tolerances (machine tolerance, manufacture tolerance and model tolerance) in SLS prototypes and the factors influencing the prototype precision in the process of Selective Laser Sintering. The methods of improving the SLS prototype precision are presented from plane precision and height precision. |
