摘    要:通过串行总线的系统通信,实现了感应电机各类物理量的测量.针对现行电机测试系统在功率因数低时,功率测量精度差的问题,提出了以ATT7022为核心的交流物理量采集方法,使有功功率的精度满足0.5 s,无功功率精度满足二级要求.上位机软件优化了感应电机试验流程,在短时间内完成各项参数及特性测试.采用中值和算术平均值滤波去除脉冲干扰和随机干扰.使用最小二乘法拟合出感应电机各种特性.通过各类试验测试结果的理论分析,验证了系统的可行性.研究成果可应用于中小型感应电机的出厂试验.

Abstract:Realized the measurement of different physical quantities by serial communication.To solve precision problem of power when the power factor is lower,ATT7022 is used as the core to gather AC quantities to make the precision of real power meet 0.5 s and the one of reactive power meet the second-level.The optimization of test procedure makes the system finish parameter and characteristic measurement in a short time.Use median and arithmetic mean filters to do removal of the pulse and random disturbances.Adopt least square as the method of different characteristics fitting.The test results are identical to the theoretic analysis,which verifies feasibility of this system further.Research achievements can be popularized and applied to delivery test of the midand small-scale induction motor.
