| 摘 要： | 羽毛球成为奥运会的正式项目之后，越来越受到世界各国的重视。当前必须运用先进科学方法和手段来挑选天赋条件优越、适合从事羽毛球运动的优秀苗子，进行系统的训练培养。少儿时期的选材是至关重要的，将直接关系到运动员的成材率，避免人力、物力和时间的浪费。

| Abstract: | It has already become the formal item of the Olympic Game, the badminton has been attracting more and more attention ofaU the countries in the world. Nowadays it is necessary to adopt modem and advanced method to choose the young players who own outstanding potential in the badminton sport, and cultivate them with systemic and long-term trainings. The selection of young player is lethal important because it determines if we can elevate the rate of being capable player and reduce the waste of manpower, material resources time. |
