摘    要:为了研究苦参碱对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用,实验通过离体培养鼠脑微血管内皮细胞,采用糖氧剥夺复糖复氧的模型,体外模拟脑缺血再灌注对脑血管内皮的损伤,研究苦参碱对内皮细胞的保护作用.苦参碱减轻糖氧剥夺复糖复氧对脑微血管内皮细胞的损伤,提高内皮细胞的生存率,同时增加损伤细胞线粒体ATP的生成.因此,苦参碱对糖氧剥夺复糖复氧损伤血管内皮细胞具有保护作用.

Abstract:To investigate the effects of matrine on cerebral microvessel endothelial cells in cerebral ischemia/reperfusion,we cultured the cerebral microvessel endothelial cells and applied oxygen-glucose deprivation model.In the study,matrine alleviated oxygen-glucose deprivation induced injury on cerebral microvessel endothelial cells,increased the cell viability and increased the production of ATP in the mitochondria of the cells.Therefore,matrine protected the injury of cerebral microvessl endothelial cells again...
