| 摘 要： | 政治和经济体制改革是推动社区群众体育活动发展的直接动力；国民经济的增衰是社区群众体育活动迅猛发展的经济基础；社会的稳定为社区群众体育活动的发展创造了良好的环境条件，《全民健身计划纲要》、《体育法》的颁布实施对社区群众体育活动的发展起到了积极的推进作用。

| Abstract: | Popularizing the scientific body-building methods is the main concept of develo ping the community mass physical education activities.It is also the prerequisit e to improve the mass body-building consciousness,promote the community mass physical education move forward healthily.Thus the reinforcement of the universal scientific and realistic body-building methods can play an important role in enhancing the whole nation's body quality and health standard comprehensively and constructing,the whole nation's body-building system generally with Chinese characteristics. |
