| 四辊组合孔型的计算机辅助优化设计 |

| 摘 要： | 利用鞍山钢铁学院Φ２７０四辊组合孔型轧机，采用圆→方全主动、方→圆全被动式，试轧了圆铜。在实验的基础上，用工程近似法推导出在四辊组合孔型轧制圆系统产品时的力能参数，建立了轧制圆型系统产品的计算机辅助孔型及优化设计。通过实验验证，采用此系统进行优化设计，轧制能耗可比原来降低９％左右。
