装配顺序规划中的子装配体稳定性

摘    要:介绍了子装配体内部运动自由度的概念及计算方法,给出了基于内部运动自由度的子装配体稳定性判别条件,且具有一定的通用性。经稳定性判别后可以大大缩小装配顺序规划中的方案数,可用于装配方案的选择及降低装配成本。

Abstract:The concept is first introduced on the internalfreedon of m otion of subassem bly and com putingm ethod w as introdueed then the conditiion of subassem bly stability is given based on intem al freedom ofm otion. It is very universal and it can greatly decrease the num ber of feasibly assem bly sequences throughstable condition. It is very useful to select the best assem bly sequence and reduce the cost of assem bly.
