| 摘 要： | 本文提出了用建立数学模型的方法对测量过程中的不确定度进行评定的思想,把能够用统计分析计算的不确定度和不能用统计分析方法计算的不确定度统一在数学模型中,进而使评定过程简化,使评定结果准确。

| Abstract: | The essay puts forward an idea by using the method of setting up the mathematics model to evaluate the union formation degree in the process of measurement. Calculated by statistical analysis method and calculated not by statistical analysis method. It is unified unconformation degree into the mathematic model. So, it can simplify the evaluated prossession, and can make the evaluated result accuarate. |
