Self-cultivation of Librarians in the New Century

From aspects like mastering language skills,accepting continuing education,taking responsibility as information specialists,acting as producers of knowledge,we analyzed that librarians should have mental health and a higher quality of the comprehensive cultural knowledge in order to adapt to the upgrading from traditional library to network library.
