| 摘 要： | 利用外资是当今世界各国经济发展的重要现象，也是发展中国家和地区发展经济面临的共同课题。对中国与印度在直接利用外资的客观优势、政策、规模和结构以及对国家经济安全造成的威胁等方面进行比较研究。同时．结合我国目前在利用外资过程中存在的问题，对比印度的做法，提出中国在进一步扩大利用外资，提高利用外资的水平与成效的过程中．应特别注意的几个问题。

| Abstract: | Today, foreign direct investment is a universal phenomenon in the economic development all over the world. It is also a common issue with which developing countries and regions are faced in the process of economic development. The FDI in China and India, in respect to practical advantages, policy, scale and structure as well as national economic security are compared. Meanwhile, considering the problems existing in the conduction of FDI in China, that several points should be emphasized during the process of further enlarging foreign direct investment and improving efficiency and effectiveness. |
