| Abstract: | Practising and perfecting renting system is an optimum selection to strengthen the vitality of enterprises.This paper emphasizes four advantages of the whole members renting form,and puts forward several distributing forms inside rented enterprises with a principle that too big differences should be avoided on one hand and equalitarianism should be overcomed on the other hand. |
