刀具半径补偿在平面轮廓铣削中的应用

摘    要:本文介绍刀具补偿原理,针对实际轮廓加工过程中刀具半径补偿的执行过程(建立、执行、撤消,)结合所用数控机床及系统和刀具说明其中的注意事项和零件加工程序。实践证明刀具半径补偿在粗、半精和精加工中切实可行,且符合零件加工尺寸精度要求,同时还可以完成零件上毛刺的清除。

Abstract:In this paper cutter compensation principles, outline for the actual processing tool radius compensation in the course of the implementation process (the establishment, implementation, withdrawn), used by the combination of CNC tool and the attention that these matters and spare parts processing procedures. Practice has proven tool radius compensation in the rough, finishing in the semi-fine and practical, and the size of precision machining parts, components can also be completed on the burr removal.
