| 摘 要： | 运用教育经济学的理论引领高校实验动物中心的改革发展模式会更加促进高等教育的发展。本文通过分析目前我国实验动物科学发展的现状，结合高校实验动物中心的发展趋势，运用教育经济学的相关理论对高校实验动物中心工作提出一些看法和思考，即：构建人力资本培育模式、加强成本的控制与管理，走实验动物的标准化、规模化、产业化、股份制之路。

| Abstract: | It can promote the development of higher education by using the theory of education economics to lead the reform and development of the Laboratory Animal Center in colleges and universities.Based on the education economics theory,we put forward some viewpoints and suggestions for the construction of Laboratory Animal Center in colleges and universities, which include the establish of cultivation patterns of human oower, cost-effective management,standardization,and industrialization. |
