摘 要: | 本文基于类Delta机械手设计码字科普并联机器人,机器人摆放圆柱片再现观众绘制的图符,既展示了机器人的高速性、灵活性和准确性,又实现了机器人与观众的互动。依据码字科普机器人抓放圆柱片这一表现形式,给出了机器人的工作空间要求,将机械手的尺度综合问题归结为受约束的非线性规划问题,最终优化设计出一套机械手的尺度参数。

Abstract: | A code typing parallel robot was designed based on the Delta manipulator. The robot placed cylindrical pieces to reproduce the icons drawn by audience. Based on the action of the robot, we concluded the working space of the robot manipulator, took the dimension synthesis problem as a constrained nonlinear programming problem, and finally optimized the parameters for it. |
