钢箱-混凝土拱桥拱肋竖转成拱施工技术分析

摘    要:本文以重庆笋溪河大桥为例,总结了钢箱.混凝土拱桥拱肋的竖转成拱的主要施工流程,对施工过程中的钢箱竖向拼装、竖转铰的设置、钢箱转体施工,以及钢箱的合拢等主要阶段进行了详细的分析,并对其中的钢箱节段拼装线行调整和对接等关键施工技术进行了探讨,以达到指导同类桥梁施工的目的。

Abstract:This article took the Sunxi River Bridge as an example, summarized main construction procedures of ribs vertical transfer on steel box-concrete composite arch bridge, and analyzed the main stages in construction process, such as vertical assembly of steel box, the set up of vertical rotating hinge, swivel construction of steel box, and close of steel box. We also discussed the key construction technologies in assembly line adjustments and docking of the steel box segments.
