Role of Personality Development in Education

It is very urgent for the basic education in China to transform from the examination-oriented education to quality education and the transformation from knowledge-orientation and intelligence-orientation to creativity-orientation is the goal and direction of our education reform. The paper, from the cultivation goal of talents, explains that quality education is modem education with the education of comprehensive development integrated with personality development education.
