船用柴油机磨合过程铁谱磨粒图像的小波分析

摘    要:通过小波分析对采集的船用柴油机铁谱磨粒图像进行处理,提取其统计特征参数,并用于船用柴油机磨合过程的评价.结果表明,左、右主机铁谱磨粒图像的统计特征参数小于2#发电机铁谱磨粒图像的统计特征参数.统计特征参数的变化规律反映了船用柴油机的磨合质量,即在设定的磨合期内的磨合质量优于2#发电机的磨合质量,该方法分析结果与实船拆检结果一致,为柴油机磨合研究提供了新的方法.

Abstract:Based on wavelet analysis,a study on running-in process of diesel engine has been conducted.Firstly,the wear particle images were decomposed by wavelet decomposition.Then a characterizing parameter has been calculated by means of wavelet decomposition.It was shorted that the charactetizing parameters of main engine are less than that of No.2 generator.In conclusion,the running-in quality of left and right main diesel engine was better than No.2 generator after a running-in operation of 1880 hrs.Accordingly,the result of wavelet analysis was consistent with overhaul measure,and thereby a new method of research on diesel engine has been provided.
