| Abstract: | The total and subsidiary reactions of the classical Fe-Cu displacement reaction are investigated and defined. The by-product is analyzed and its side-effect in Cu plating is discussed with the way to control the subsidiary reactions. Accordingly , copper Plating on ferrous materials by displacement reaction is realized. Relevant theoretical problems are also discussed. |
