固定化菌株DF51对小麦幼苗的苯酚污染修复

摘    要:为探讨固定化菌株DF51对苯酚污染土壤中小麦幼苗生长的影响,采用随机区组试验设计,在大田条件下研究施用不同质量浓度的苯酚(0、50、100、150、200μg/g)和固定化菌株DF51(0、10、20、30、40 kg a.i./hm2)对小麦的影响.结果表明:苯酚显著降低小麦的光合特性和抗逆性;固定化菌株DF51对苯酚土壤污染具有修复性能,且能提高苯酚胁迫下小麦的光合特性和抗逆性;P1D1和P2D2处理可恢复苯酚胁迫下小麦的生理特性.可见,固定化菌株DF51能显著提高小麦在苯酚胁迫下的耐性,这与其提高抗氧化酶活性有关.

Abstract:To study the phenol soil pollution restoration of immobilized Rhodococcus sp.DF51 and its influence on wheat seedlings,randomized block design was used in the experiment.Wheat seedlings were treated with either different concentrations of phenol(0,50,100,150,200μg/g) or immobilized Rhodococcus sp.DF51(0,10,20,30,40 kg a.i./hm^2) or their combinations to test their effects on the growth,photosynthetic characteristic and resistance.The results show that the photosynthetic characteristic and resistance were diminished under phenol treatment.It was found that immobilized Rhodococcus sp.DF51 could restore the phenol soil pollution and the photosynthetic characteristic and resistance were improved under immobilized Rhodococcus sp.DF51.The treatment with P1D1 or P2D2 could restore the physiological characteristics of the wheat under phenol stress.It indicated that immobilized Rhodococcus sp.DF51 had a significant influence on endurance of wheat under the stress of phenol.These were improved through increasing antioxidant enzymes.
