| 摘 要： | 采用3种方法防治松材线虫病：（1）利用天牛引诱剂诱杀松墨天牛成虫；（2）释放管氏肿腿蜂捕杀松墨天牛幼虫；（3）同时利用天牛引诱剂和管氏肿腿蜂防治松墨天牛。通过连续3a的防治试验结果表明，M99-1天牛引诱剂防治松材线虫病兢果明显，松树死亡率下降61％，若同时配套释放肿腿蜂，并对诱捕装置进行改装，则效果更好，松树死亡率可下降77％。 |

| Abstract: | Pine wilt disease caused by nematode could be controlled with three ways:(1) Applying attractant to killing the vector,adult of Monochamus alternatus;(2) Releasing Scleroderma guani to control the larva of Japanese pine sawyer;(3) Applying the attractant and releasing S.guani,simultaneously.The result shows that the three measures were all effective to control the pine wilt disease.M_(99-1) attractant could make dead tree percentage to decrease 61%.If the M_(99-1) attractant and releasing S.guani are applied simultaneously,the percentage of pine wilt disease will be reduced 77%. |
