摘    要:以偶氮氯膦—mA为显色剂建立了一种新的测定微量钌(Ⅲ)的催化流动注射光度法并用均匀设计通过24次试验对5种测定条件进行了同时优化,得到了最佳的实验条件.利用统计回归分析对均匀设计的结果进行了模拟,确定了对响应影响最强的因素.该方法已用于精矿和二次合金中钌(Ⅲ)的测定,回收率为96.0%~105%。

Abstract:A methodology based on uniform design is proposed in the optimization of a new flow injection-kinetic system for the spectrophotometric determination of Ru ( Ⅲ ) with m-Acetylchlorophosphonazo (CPA-mA) ,which has for the first time been used as chromogenic reagent in the quantitative analysis of ruthenium. Uniform design with 24 experiments is utilized for the experimental protocol ,in which five variables are changed simultaneously.By statistical regression analysis ,the results of the uniform design are modeled ,and the factors that influence the response the most are found. In addition ,the optimum experimental conditions with the maximum responses are obtained from the uniform design. The method has been applied to the determination of Ru ( Ⅲ ) in samples of refined ore and secondary alloy with recoveries from 96.0% to 105 %.
