| 摘 要： | 阐述了计划评审技术(PERT)的基本原理和道路管理中应用的意义,研究了它在道路工程管理中的具体应用,并结合其原理及其在道路工程管理中应用原则,编制了计算机程序。应用计算机程序分析了一个工程实例,结果表明,PERT方法和本文提供的程序可以应用于道路工程管理。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the principles of Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), studies the appliction of PERT method in road engineering and its significance. A relevant program is made and an engineering example is analysed. The result shows that PERT method and program in this paper can be applied to management of road engineering. |
