| 摘 要： | 针对邮政企业评价过程中难以量化的许多定性问题，提出了一种能对邮政企业进行定性与定量相结合的模糊数学综合评价法。该方法在某市邮政局进行了实例应用，其评价结果比一般的管理系统优化评价方法更符合实际。

| Abstract: | Faced with a lot of quality questions which are difficult to quantitatize in the process of postal enterprise evaluation,a kind of fuzzy mathematics and syn-thetic evaluation is proposed, by means of which quality and quantity are inte-grated together in the processing of evaluation of postal enterprise.Thismethod was put into practice at a post-office in a certain city,its evaluation re-sult is more veritabl than conventional management system,s optimized evalua-tion method. |
