高效公平的EPON DBA算法设计原则

摘    要:EPON系统的动态带宽分配要求达到较高的带宽利用率,同时保证各类业务的服务质量及公平性。在分析带宽利用率的影响因素的基础上,提出三条提高带宽利用率的DBA算法设计原则:轮询周期尽可能长,消除信道闲置,避免授权时隙末的空闲。EPON中存在三种层次的公平性,保证用户间的公平性在我国具有重要的现实意义。各用户获得的带宽与他们的SLA带宽成比例应该是DBA算法设计的一个原则。采用两级结构的DBA机制,为用户的各优先级业务按SLA协议带宽比例分别授权,采用DiffServ模型,可以实现支持QoS的同时保证用户之间和优先级业务之间的公平性。

Abstract:An ideal dynamic bandwidth allocation scheme must be efficient and fair and supports QoS.On the base of studying all factors determining link utilization,three principles are proposed to boost link utilization.They are keeping the cycle length as long as possible,avoiding idle stage of the uplink during the DBA running,removing unused slot remainder.Practical measures complying with these principles are also presented,such as interleaved transmission,granting based on frame-boundary-report.Fairness in EPON ...
