摘    要:应用DEFORM软件对矿用转向节的预成型过程进行模拟,得到金属塑性变形过程的金属流动、应力应变和变形力等规律,这对模具变形力分析,预测出可能的缺陷及失效形式提供理论指导.

Abstract:In this paper, the forging process of steering joint specialized in mining is conducted by using DEFORM software, the flowing rule, stress and strain distribution rule and deforming force etc in metal plastic deformation have been abtained, it isuseful to model design and flaw prertection in actual work.
