非致冷红外焦平面阵列的辐射定标模型

摘    要:为了将非致冷红外焦平面阵列应用于不同环境的辐射定量测量,设计了一种基于标准辐射源的定标试验方法,并在理论分析的基础上,根据定标试验数据,提出了一种考虑探测器工作温度效应的非致冷红外焦平面阵列辐射定标模型.试验数据分析表明,非致冷红外焦平面阵列响应动态范围大、线性度好,探测器工作温度效应可作线性化处理,辐射定标模型反演标准偏差为0.72 w/(m2·sr).

Abstract:In o rder to measur e radiance with Uncoo led Inf raRed Fo cal Plane Arr ay ( U IRFPA) under differentco ndit ions, a calibration experiment method based on the standard radiant source w as designed, anda radiomet ric calibrat ion model w hich involv ed detecto r temperature ef fect w as proposed acco rding to thecalibrat io n test data and theoret ical analysis. The experiment resul ts show that the UIRFPA has good responselinearity , w ide dynamic rang e, that the detector temperature ef fect is linear , and that the ret rievalstandard deviat ion of the radiomet ric calibrat ion mo del is 0. 72 w / ( m2·sr) .
