| Abstract: | This paper explores quantitative approaches to analysing the millitary conflict in order to decide the degree of conflicts between specific countries or areas. For this purpose the concept of threatening factor is introduced. Through the threatening factor ordering, the basis for arrangement of defense scientific research items is provided. |
