摇摆状态与竖直状态下两相流流型和压差波动的对比研究

摘    要:对摇摆和竖直非摇摆状态下两相流的流型以及压差波动进行了研究.实验中所用的工质为空气和水,实验段为光滑的有机玻璃管,管长5m,内径分别为15、25和34.5mm.通过实验观察和数据分析,发现摇摆和竖直非摇摆状态下的流型特征和压差波动曲线都有明显差别,其中,摇摆状态下弹状流、泡状流和环状流的压差波动曲线有明显的周期性,而搅混流的压差波动周期性不明显.

Abstract:The two-phase flow pattern and differential pressure fluctuation in rolling and steady vertical tubes were researched, respectively. In the experiments, air and water were used as flowing medium. The test sections were smooth glass tube of 5 m long, and the inside diameters were 15,25 and 34.5 mm, respectively. Based on the visual observation ent from that of region of and the analysis of experimental data, it was found that flow patterns with rolling motion were differsteady condition. Comparing with the steady condition, the differential pressure fluctuation curves slug flow, bubble flow and annular flow showed obvious cyclical variation, but this periodic fluctuation phenomenon was not found in churn flow
