表面活性剂对铝热轧用润滑剂性能的影响

摘    要:通过对乳化液稳定性、粒径及其分布和表面张力的分析,研究了T702,SPAN80,油酸三乙醇胺皂,Tween80和NP-10这5种表面活性剂及其复配对铝热轧润滑剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:不同的表面活性剂对乳化液的稳定性有较大的影响,在基础油中添加油性剂,可与表面活性剂发挥协同效应,增加其乳化性能,降低乳液的表面张力,提高乳液的润湿性和稳定性。油酸三乙醇胺皂与Tween80或NP-10复配能使乳化液分散更细、更均匀,进一步降低其表面张力,提高乳化液的润湿性和稳定性;乳化剂的类型、亲水亲油平衡值及其用量和复配技术对乳化液的粒径有较大影响。

Abstract:The influences of five kinds of surfactants,such as T702,SPAN80,triethanolamine oleate,Tween80,NP-10,and their blends on the properties of lubricant used in hot rolling aluminum were investigated by analyzing the stability,particle size and surface tension of the oil-in-water(O/W) emulsions.The results show that the surfactants have great effects on the stability of O/W emulsions.The addition of small amount of polar lubricant added in a non-polar mineral-based oil can bring about a considerable increase of the emulsifying capacity of surfactant,obvious reduction in the surface tension,and remarkable improvement in the wettability and the stability of O/W emulsion.The mixture of triethanolamine oleate and Tween80 or NP-10 can make the(O/W) emulsion particle smaller and more uniform than other surfactants,and increase the(wettability) and the stability of O/W emulsion.The type,hydrophile lipophile balance(HLB) value,content and their mixture of surfactant have great influence on the emulsion droplet diameter.
