| 摘 要： | 在 AHP三标度法排序的基础上 ,定义了方案 Ai在第 k位的隶属度 ,给出一种群体排序方法 ,同时利用三标度法也给出一种构造模糊一致性矩阵的方法.

| Abstract: | Based on the AHP three standard degree method arrangement that defines the membership degree at $k$ position in scheme $A-i$, this paper provides a group arrangement method. Meanwhile, a method that constructs fuzzy consistent matrix is given by using the three standard degree method. |
