万向联轴节速比关系式及带传动压轴力计算式等的修正

摘    要:根据多体理论,在右手坐标系中推导出万向联轴节主、从动轴之间转速关系。以主动轴为研究对象,求得在既定位置中间十字架上某点的坐标,再根据中间十字架的特点,求得从动轴某点的坐标,从而确定从动轴的转角,进而得出主动轴与从动轴的位置关系,再而通过求导得到两轴的速比关系式。该关系式与采用矢量计算法得到的结果相同。根据微积分原理和力的叠加原理,考虑离心力,分析了带传动中带的受力情况,推导了拉力表达式。导出了一种压轴力简化计算式。提出了一种详细计算压轴力的方法:在进行微段带的受力分析时将轴向压力分解在两个正交方向上,然后对两组算式沿带长进行积分,求得两个方向上的压轴力,最后将两力合成为带传动作用在带轮上的压轴力。以上修正可作为相关教材教学内容的补充。

Abstract:The getting rotation angle relation based on multibody system theory can correct the formula in teaching material in the right - hand coordinate system. For the initiative shaft,a coordinate of a point is gotten,then the coordinate of other point on crosshead is gotten,the angle of shaft can be gotten and the rotation angle relation between two shafts is gotten. It comes to the same thing with the result of vector numeration. Helping to derivative ,the rotation velocity relation is gotten. Based on the calculous principle and the force superposition principle ,the pull force of belt accounting for the centrifugal force is deduced. A simplified formula of axial force is educed. A precise calculating method is presented. The axial force is analyzed on two upright directions,and then analyzed by integral method respectively. At last ,the axial force on two directions is composed. The above can be used as the complementarity of relative teaching material.
