飞机结构静力试验中杠杆系统的载荷配重

摘    要:针对初教六机翼结构静强度试验中所遇到的三级杠杆系统的配重计算问题,采用力矩法编写计算程序,加载时需考虑机翼自重和杠杆系统自重,使用VB语言在Visual Studio平台下编写程序,将各加载点载荷等效至作动筒,由计算机系统控制作动筒同步协调加载,每级载荷数值经程序计算,极大地提高了载荷配重计算效率。

Abstract:In this paper,for the load problem of the three-stage lever system in the structural static test of the CJ-6 aircraft wing,a computer program written by VB in Visual Studio was used for calculating load through the lever system,considering weight of the wing and the lever system themselves.Hydraulic actuators coordination loading were controlled by computer,the computational efficiency of the load weight has greatly improved.
