摘    要:创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,也是高等院校面临的重要课题。复合型医学工程本科创新人才指的是既有一定的理论基础,又有较强的动手能力和创新能力的医学工程人才。为了达到本科医学工程复合型创新人才培养的目标,针对医学工程人才培养的特点,文章明确了复合型创新人才培养方案,通过理论研究和实践创新,构建了开放式立体化实践教学平台;产学研结合,培养了复合型医学工程创新人才。

Abstract:Innovation is the spirit of a nation, and it is an important subject of the campus facing. The innovative and versatile talents of medical engineering undergraduate must have both certain theoretical foundation, and a strong practical ability and innovative ability. In order to achieve the training target, this paper makes clear the training scheme of the versatile and innovative talents firstly according to the characteristics of medical engineering education, and then it introduces the methods of building up the opening practice teaching platform through the theoretical research and practical innovation. By adhering to the road of combining production, learning and teaching, the innovative and versatile talents of medical engineering have been cultivated in our school.
