| 摘 要： | 阐述了学科竞赛在应用型本科人才培养中的功能定位,分析了应用型本科院校开展学科竞赛的现状,并从资源整合的角度提出了强化学科竞赛活动效果的策略和措施,主要包括整体规划与宏观管理、人力资源、硬件设施、经费、规章制度、校内外资源等方面的资源整合。

| Abstract: | This paper described the functional orientation of the discipline of competition in the applied Undergraduate Training, analyzed the status of the subject competition in applied college, and attached the strategies and measures to strengthen the activities of academic competition results from the perspective of resource. These measures include： whole layout and management, human resource, hardware equipment, bylaw, outlay, resource integration, etc. |
