| Abstract: | The training and cultivation of the talented personnel, the most important part of the management of the personnel resources, have been drawn high attention and have developed constantly in the enterprises in the West. Through the analytical comparison between the personnel system and the structure of the overseas famous multinational enterprises and combining some specific cases of the domestic enterprises for the researches, this paper suggests some countermeasures to foster the talented personnel fit for the Chinese feature. |
